Why We Created This Program?

Success in the 21st century requires effective leaders and managers at all levels of an organization. Too often, new managers are thrown into the deep end of a supervisory or managerial position with little-to-no training on what it means to be an effective leader or what it takes to be a good manager. As a result, up to 50% of first-time managers fail within the first year.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way. Time to do away with the school of hard knocks and create an in-the-moment learning program that your organization, and managers, need. Leadership Coaching Package

When you register for Manager Essentials, you receive six months of leadership coaching around your most pressing organizational, team, and professional issues that you identify during the course. The standard cost for this six-month leadership coaching course is $8,000 to $12,000 based on typical rates of highly experienced coaches involved in this project.

Intro Meeting

Initial 90-minute meeting to identify key issues and establish coaching guidelines and focus

6 Months Live Coaching

6 months of coaching appointments 50 minutes each, one to two times per month (~10 sessions)

Wrap Up Meeting

Final – 60-minute wrap-up meeting to summarize accomplishments and agree on strategies going forward
